Meet our fabulous owners, Tim and Beth Johnson. For years, they dreamt of owning a coffee shop that serves amazing coffee in an atmosphere that is welcoming and hospitable to all. In fact, that’s why they named it Our Coffee Shop, because they want you to feel like it’s your place. In October 2024, this beautiful dream came to life, when they opened their doors to the Winston-Salem area.

You’ll usually find Beth making the most delicious drinks, baking fresh new flavorful treats, and chatting with customers. Tim is more behind-the-scenes, and keeps the shop in tip-top shape, but he’s been known to craft a drink or two, when it’s really hopping!

What are your hours of operation?

We are open 7 days a week!

Monday - Friday - 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Saturdays - 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Sundays - 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Are you owned by Awake Church?

No, they’re just our neighbors! 🙂 We love serving the church crowd on Sunday mornings, but we are a separately-owned, for profit business, and we’re open 7 days a week!

Do you have non-coffee beverages?

While we love coffee and making it delicious, we do have other beverages including an assortment of teas, chai, hot chocolate, hot cider, Lotus clean energy drinks, frappes, sparkling lemonades, and fruit smoothies.

Do you offer any food?

Everyday we bake fresh items from scratch, and the flavors and options vary daily! The items may include scones, cookies, muffins, and more. We also carry healthy snacks such as yogurt, Stars & Honey bars and items from Big Spoon Roasters (made in North Carolina!)

Do you offer gluten-free options?

Occasionally, we will offer gluten free options, it just depends on the menu for the day. We do carry several gluten-free snack options. Please ask, and we’ll let you know!
